1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 555qqq ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 555qqq website, mobile platform, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or by simply accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms were last updated and are effective as of 1 January 2026. 555qqq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use a 555qqq account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 555qqq strictly enforces an 18+ policy and does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register or participate in any form of gambling activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Any attempt to register using false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• You must not already hold an existing 555qqq account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Your use of the Platform must not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Registration on the Platform is free of charge. 555qqq does not charge account opening or maintenance fees.

3 Account Responsibilities

As the registered account holder, you bear full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and communications sent through your account, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by a third party who accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must select a strong, unique password for your 555qqq account and must not reuse passwords from other services or websites.
• 555qqq will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 555qqq that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify 555qqq support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
• You must keep the contact information associated with your account — including your email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign your account to any other person. 555qqq accounts are personal and non-transferable.

555qqq will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials, or where you have knowingly shared your credentials with another person.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits and financial transactions on the 555qqq Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 555qqq does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on the 555qqq Platform:

• bKash — Minimum deposit: ৳200. Processing time: instant in most cases.
• Nagad — Minimum deposit: ৳200. Processing time: instant in most cases.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — Minimum deposit: ৳300. Processing time: instant to 5 minutes.
• Upay — Minimum deposit: ৳300. Processing time: instant to 5 minutes.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: up to 30 minutes.
• City Bank, BRAC Bank — Minimum deposit: ৳500. Processing time: up to 30 minutes.

555qqq reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time. The current list of supported payment methods is always displayed on the deposit page within your account.

555qqq does not currently charge processing fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 555qqq accepts no responsibility.

5 Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cashier section of your 555qqq account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity documentation submitted and approved) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though large withdrawals above ৳100,000 may require additional verification and may be processed in instalments.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering precaution.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully cleared bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• 555qqq aims to process withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, 08:00–24:00). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following morning.

555qqq reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for the purpose of conducting verification checks, fraud investigations, or compliance reviews. In such cases, the affected player will be notified via their registered email address or mobile number.

555qqq does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Any charges levied by the receiving mobile banking or banking provider are outside 555qqq's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

555qqq may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are governed by the general bonus terms set out below, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual offer communication.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposited amount) must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. Game contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance that has not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus and its associated requirements.
• Abuse Prevention: 555qqq reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements with the aim of depleting a bonus; creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; and using irregular or suspicious betting patterns.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The use of all games and betting markets on the 555qqq Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 555qqq does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify confirmed bets except in cases of clear technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 555qqq reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by game type, account tier, and promotional period.
• All cricket betting markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international series, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC events — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market as displayed at the time of placing a bet. Settlement of cricket bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body.
• In the case of a market suspension or voiding — for example, due to a match being abandoned or a result being under official review — bets will be settled in accordance with 555qqq's standard void/settlement policy, which is made available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

555qqq game outcomes in RNG-based games (slots, table games, crash games) are determined solely by a certified Random Number Generator. The RNG systems used by 555qqq's game providers are independently tested and certified. No strategy, system, or tool can influence or predict RNG outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555qqq Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or in any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or registering on behalf of or for the benefit of a minor.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform's software or payment systems. Any discovered errors or vulnerabilities must be reported to support immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using funds of criminal origin or facilitating money laundering through the Platform. 555qqq maintains a strict anti-money-laundering programme and cooperates with authorities in all relevant investigations.
• Engaging in or threatening any abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour towards 555qqq staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

555qqq is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. We actively support players who wish to manage their gambling behaviour and provide a suite of tools designed to assist with this.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are prepared to lose within a given period. When a loss limit is reached, the player will be prevented from placing further bets until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable session time reminders that issue an alert after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and six weeks, during which their account will be temporarily restricted from deposits and betting activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting support. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, the player's account will be closed, all marketing communications will cease, and the player will be unable to create a new account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 555qqq Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 555qqq or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform without express prior written consent from 555qqq.
• Use the 555qqq brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by 555qqq without express prior written consent.
• Use any Platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorised use of 555qqq's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555qqq and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any services provided thereon.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions, where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your account credentials.
• Any game malfunction, technical error, or network disruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, provided that 555qqq acts in good faith to resolve such issues and restores any directly affected stakes.

In no event shall 555qqq's total cumulative liability to you arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your 555qqq account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Privacy & Data

555qqq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

555qqq collects personal data — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, email address, payment details, and device information — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent).

555qqq does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who process data on behalf of 555qqq (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

13 Amendments to Terms

555qqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in law, Platform functionality, payment methods, or business operations. When material changes are made to these Terms, 555qqq will:

• Update the effective date shown at the top of this document.
• Where reasonably practicable, notify registered account holders via email or an in-Platform notification of significant changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting our support team.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 555qqq from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
